Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support the expansion of Intelligent Contact services into the APAC region. This role will involve assisting and supporting clients in the region and helping build the supporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manipulate, analyze, and interrogate data sets to provide insights for clients.
  • Present findings to internal and external clients through effective communication and data visualization.
  • Attend meetings and workshop sessions to discuss potential work and ongoing projects.
  • Take responsibility for planning and delivering project work, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop and deploy analytical and general value-add propositions to drive business growth.
  • Identify, nurture, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and business opportunities.
  • Provide analytic services using statistical techniques, data mining tools, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Design and write code to extract, transform, and load data for analytic projects.
  • Aggregate and merge extracted data to create datasets that meet project requirements.
  • Conduct decision support and statistical analysis using statistical tools and provide answers to project teams.
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure deadlines are met and prioritize tasks to inform relevant parties.
  • Work closely with Concentrix internal clients and account teams throughout all phases of a project.
  • Identify opportunities for value-added analyses, process improvement, and execute incremental analyses with client value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two to four years of related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with statistical analysis packages, such as SAS, SPSS, R, and other computer programs that facilitate statistical analyses, data mining services, and productivity improvement tools.
  • Experience in data mining and predictive modeling activities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and SQL skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and statistical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information to internal and external associates.
  • Data visualization experience using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AWS or similar cloud-based technologies.
