Job Title: Dynatrace Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Dynatrace integration efforts. This role involves setting up and configuring Dynatrace, ensuring seamless integration with various tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and configure Dynatrace for optimal performance and integration.
  • Develop strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Utilize expertise in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications.
  • Define and fine-tune alerts to minimize false positives and ensure timely incident detection.
  • Integrate Dynatrace alerts with incident management tooling for efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain knowledge of ITIL practices and principles to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in setting up and configuring Dynatrace.
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management concepts.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.
