Job Title: Lead Solution Architect

Overview: As a Lead Solution Architect at Fujitsu, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's IT infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets the business needs, remains secure, scalable, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Design: Design, develop, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure solutions, including network architecture, server infrastructure, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.
  • Solution Architecture: Consult and review comprehensive infrastructure architecture designs that align with business goals, security requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the infrastructure team, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to understand requirements, assess needs, and develop scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that the IT infrastructure meets security and compliance standards, including data privacy regulations, by implementing appropriate security measures and controls.
  • Risk Management: Proactively assess risks associated with the IT infrastructure and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on business operations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation templates, including infrastructure diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the organization's capabilities, value proposition, and proposed solutions.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party vendors and technology partners, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train solution architects, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications: Proven experience in infrastructure design, implementation, and management, with a focus on enterprise-level environments. Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols. Expertise in server infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, cloud computing, and containerization. Proficiency in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools. In-depth knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
