Role - Integration Project Manager

This is a seasoned professional position that requires:

  • 12-15 years of experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong integration project execution abilities
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Customer, team & stakeholder management skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Java/J2EE technology or integration tools like MuleSoft
  • Agile/Scrum implementation experience
  • Multi-domain expertise and knowledge of other integration tools
Responsibilities

As an Integration Project Manager, you will be accountable for:

  • Project success
  • Detailed project planning
  • End-to-end project initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Applying project management standards and tools
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and with quality

You will also be responsible for:

  • Serving as a point of contact for customer and internal management teams
  • Generating reports and dashboards
  • Controlling variances and ensuring best practices
  • Defining KPIs and measuring project success
  • Managing attrition and guiding project teams
  • Ensuring compliance and adhering to internal audit requirements
