Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality of our products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our operations meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Quality Standards: Create and implement comprehensive quality standards and judgment criteria for products, ensuring they meet or exceed customer requirements.

  2. Monitor Process Control: Oversee process control in manufacturing and drive continuous improvement of quality performance through data analysis and strategic planning.

  3. Analyze Data: Gather and analyze quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions.

  4. Lead Audits: Lead customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits, driving timely closure of identified issues and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

  5. Conduct Failure Analysis: Conduct thorough Failure Analysis (FA) for customer returns, submitting effective reports that highlight problem-solving strategies.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for quality excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as engineering, physics, or chemistry, along with at least three years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.

The successful candidate will have fluency in English, with proficiency in Chinese being a significant plus. Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes, quality operations, and IATF 16949 quality management system is also desirable.
