We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to assist in sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, and have a strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates.
  • Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
