CAE Design Engineer Position Overview

Our company is seeking a highly skilled CAE Design Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing CAE simulations to analyze and optimize product designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and simulate product structures using CAE software, such as ANSYS and HyperMesh.
  • Conduct structural, durability, and NVH simulations to evaluate the performance of product components.
  • Interpret simulation results and provide design recommendations to improve product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation insights into the design process.
  • Prepare technical documentation and simulation reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Optimize component design for weight, strength, noise, and vibration to meet customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CAE software, specifically ANSYS, HyperWorks, or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in ANSYS and HyperMesh, good understanding of structural mechanics, fatigue/durability, and NVH principles.
