AI Design Innovator

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled designer to collaborate with our team and develop innovative design solutions using AI technology. The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic/visual design, as well as experience working with AI tools like Midjourney and Runway. They will be responsible for creating visual assets for digital and print media, working on brand videos and films, organizing offline marketing initiatives, and conceptualizing end-to-end AI-Marketing Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating visual assets for digital and print media (social media, digital marketing ads, and other marketing/brand collaterals)
  • Working on brand videos and films for new product launches and campaigns
  • Organizing offline marketing initiatives, such as activations, events, or sponsorships
  • Conceptualizing and executing end-to-end AI-Marketing Campaigns (Digital Marketing and Brand)
  • Paving AI workflows to automate redundant design tasks
  • Helping maintain and organize design files and libraries
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas
  • Preparing presentation decks and visual documents
  • Collaborating with designers and other teams
  • Researching design trends and inspiration to support creative work

Requirements:

  • Relevant education in graphic/visual design or related field
  • Working experience with AI tools - Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Veo 3, Gemini
  • Basic knowledge of design principles (illustration, color, typography, layout)
  • Demonstrable graphic/visual design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Experience in AI research tools like ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, Grok, etc.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (especially Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe After Effects)
  • Extremely updated with AI advancements in the design/video/marketing space
