Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Investment Reporting professional to join our team as a Financial Reporting Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for executing family office operations services by overseeing staff training, work planning, and communication with stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to drive improvement initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction are key success criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and compare the rate of return using various data sources, validating returns and holdings, and maintaining related databases up-to-date.
- Responsible for responding to functions related to process oversight, support, and development.
- Responsible for client-specific P&L, teams' performance appraisal, feedback, mentoring, and identifying additional revenue-generating opportunities.
- Quality check and exceptions review, buddying with Analysts, and assigned client deliverables.
- Client queries on investment data, ensuring data integrity, and following specific procedures for each type of product (Equity/Fixed Income/Private Equity/Real Assets).
- Work planning, allocation of work, prioritization, meeting Service Level Agreements, preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Status reports, and leading Operational or Tactical Governance meetings.
- Serving as the first point of escalation for client queries, issue resolution, ensuring production and quality targets, monitoring team performance, and reporting on metrics.
- Identifying training needs, providing coaching, and implementing process improvements.
