Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Java Developer with extensive experience in application support, CI/CD implementation, and performance tuning of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for Java-based applications ensuring high performance and availability.
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related tools.
  • Perform database administration tasks, including installation, configuration, tuning, and backup/recovery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
  • Monitor application and database performance and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL or similar frameworks.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and support.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities across multiple teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and process optimization.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with exposure to agile or DevOps cultures.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 11 years of experience in application support.
  • Expertise in Java, Jenkins, and related tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
