**Job Description:**

The role of an Application Lead is pivotal in the application development process. This individual oversees project delivery, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation.

  • Key responsibilities include managing L2 support incidents and change requests independently within the SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHS) module on S/4 HANA.
">

This requires strong communication skills to facilitate requirement gathering sessions with clients for new change requests or requirements.

">

An essential aspect of this role is understanding business processes from a customer perspective, analyzing requirements, and suggesting optimal recommendations or workarounds to meet client needs.

">

The Application Lead must ensure technical solutions maintain design integrity, adhere to functional designs, and align with business objectives.

">

Furthermore, they are responsible for designing and building SAP EHS solutions, performing maintenance and support tasks.

">

Collaboration with Developers is crucial, as the Application Lead must explain requirements and ensure feasible requirements are implemented effectively.

">

Integration knowledge of SAP EHS with MM, SD, EAM, MOC, HCM modules is necessary, as the resource will coordinate with the Solution Lead to ensure seamless integration across the solution.

">

Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager and Service Now tools is also required, with awareness of Release management processes in Service Now.

">

Experience in Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Environmental management, PLM Audit Management, and Product safety within SAP S/4 EHS is essential.

">

Good configuration, migration, and testing skills in Support/Rollout of SAP S/4 EHS projects are necessary, along with knowledge of Product Safety - Specification Management, Phrase Management, Report Shipping (Material Safety Document Sheet).

">

Familiarity with running EHS expert Rule, WWI Generation server, and DMS (for EHS relevance) is also required, as well as experience in WWI server setup.

">

Lastly, expertise in all standard workflows delivered in SAP S/4 EHS modules and the ability to resolve Workflow-related support tickets, as well as data models and data migration for EHS elements/objects, is crucial.
