Global Customer Service Associate

Our organization is seeking a skilled Global Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional support to our international client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to an international customer base regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and effective support.
  • Document all interactions and customer information meticulously in the system.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Adhere to all company and international standards for data privacy and customer service.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to share best practices and contribute to overall service improvement.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, chat response time, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent and impeccable grammar.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • The ability to understand and respond to customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage a high volume of interactions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication platforms.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts to support international time zones.
