Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced frontend engineer to take ownership of modern, impactful products and shape the user experience in a mission-driven organization.

This individual will lead the development, architecture, and maintenance of all frontend applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features quickly.

Key responsibilities include championing code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects, as well as mentoring and reviewing code for junior engineers to uphold development excellence.

The ideal candidate will be an advocate for modern frontend best practices, with a strong emphasis on automated testing, accessibility, and usability.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD)
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration
