Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of B2C product management experience (e-commerce experience is preferred) with at least 1 year of experience in Search.
- Strong analytical thinking, data-driven insights, and structured problem-solving.
- Proven ability to lead teams with empathy and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in personalization, recommendations, or AI/ML/LLMs is a strong plus.
