Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to manage client relationships, coordinate campaigns, and ensure seamless execution of deliverables.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and operations teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain healthy client relationships by providing regular updates and insights
  • Handle feedback, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients
  • Develop strategic plans to meet client objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing (preferably in advertising/digital/marketing agencies)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
