Real Estate Internship Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Global Real Estate team as an intern.
This role will provide opportunities to support project teams during construction, work with portfolio strategy teams, and gain insight into leasing and build programs for corporate retail stores.
As an intern, you will have the chance to learn about our buildings' operations and contribute to Team Energy's efforts to determine on-site solar deployment locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support project teams during construction of new garage work centers
- Collaborate with portfolio strategy teams to understand future work initiatives
- Analyze leasing and build programs for corporate retail stores
- Gain insight into building operations and their impact on Verizon's 5G Network
- Contribute to identifying locations for on-site solar deployment
This internship offers a unique blend of in-office and remote work experience. As an intern, you will have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is not satisfied with the status quo. They should be eager to learn quickly, take smart risks, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Requirements:- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Real Estate or a directly related area
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
