Video Production Lead

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic production team and take on a leadership role in delivering high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall production process from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet client expectations, build strong relationships, and ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editing, animation, and visual effects, to create engaging and innovative content.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong background in supervising CGI, 2D animation, and post-production editing, with expertise in leading complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
