We're seeking an innovative and creative Architect to spearhead our Workplace Design efforts, transforming interior spaces into functional environments.

This high-profile role requires leadership skills, creativity, commercial acumen, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance form and function.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough research to understand client business needs, industry trends, challenges, and goals.
  • Analyzing client workspace requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Developing strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Formulating conceptual design proposals integrating comprehensive space planning, thoughtful color schemes, refined furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Crafting compelling mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Devising efficient and dynamic space plans accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and alignment with client cultural ethos.
  • Leveraging space utilization strategies to enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work culture.

Furthermore, this role involves:

  • Specifying materials, finishes, and furnishings aligning with the envisioned aesthetic while meeting stringent functional criteria.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and sustainability standards, integrating eco-conscious choices that resonate with contemporary environmental imperatives and client values.

Budget management is critical in this role, including:

  • Creating project budgets and timelines, working within budget constraints to deliver cost-effective design solutions.
  • Sourcing and procuring materials and furnishings within established parameters.

Team leadership is also essential in this role, including:

  • Building and nurturing a high-performing team.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Quality control is also vital in this role, including:

  • Conducting site visits and assessments to gather essential information about existing spaces and conditions.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure the design meets quality standards.

To excel in this role, we require:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or interior design.
  • Experience in leading client pitches.
  • Minimum of 7-12 years of experience working on Workplace design projects & managing a team.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
