Job Title: Lead Graph Algorithm Developer

A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced Lead Graph Algorithm Developer to join their team. This role will involve designing and implementing scalable graph algorithms to process large datasets in real-time.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned developer to take on a leadership role and drive the development of innovative graph-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed computing, big data systems, and machine learning. Experience with Apache Spark, Elasticsearch, and graph databases is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient graph algorithms, developing high-performance graph storage strategies, and ensuring the scalability of our systems.

In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate graph-based solutions into our existing infrastructure.


Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable graph algorithms for large-scale data processing
  • Develop high-performance graph storage strategies using Parquet and distributed file systems
  • Ensure system scalability and optimize performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate graph-based solutions

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in distributed computing and big data systems
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in graph analytics and entity resolution at scale
  • Expert-level Scala programming skills
  • Deep experience with Apache Spark and Elasticsearch
  • Production experience with graph databases (Neo4j, Neptune, JanusGraph)
