Job Title: Head of Crop Production and Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to oversee the production and operations of our crop management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead production planning, logistics, and customer delivery metrics to ensure seamless execution of plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to obtain market forecasts and plan production to provide continuous supply of SKUs as needed by consumers.
  • Develop and implement contracting farming activities with network farmers while adhering to established best practices.
  • Mobilize and finalize suitable farmers, motivate, train, and guide them for adopting regenerative organic production methods.
  • Monitor all farming activities to ensure compliance with established protocols and prevent chemical usage.
  • Oversee activities of collection centers at each receiving and distribution point – receiving vegetables from network farmers, sorting, grading, and storage.
  • Ensure produce quality and work closely with operations teams to supply produce to collection centers/distribution centers.
  • Plan input production at the receiving and distribution level based on vegetable production plans.
  • Work with technical teams to execute regenerative agriculture practices, providing feedback from the field to the technical center of excellence.
