We are seeking a skilled DocuSign Implementation Specialist to drive the successful deployment and customization of DocuSign solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DocuSign implementations, a solid understanding of eSignature workflows, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • DocuSign Implementation and Configuration:
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of DocuSign for clients, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
    • Customize DocuSign workflows to align with business needs, ensuring optimal user experience and compliance with industry standards.
    • Configure document templates, fields, and routing rules for specific signing processes.
  • Solution Design and Integration:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify integration opportunities and develop scalable solutions using DocuSign API and other tools.
    • Design and implement custom API integrations with other business systems, such as CRM, ERP, platforms.
    • Ensure seamless data flow and maintain data security and compliance throughout integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification:
    • DocuSign Administrator or Developer Certification.
  • Experience:
    • Familiarity with other document management, CLM or eSignature platforms.
