Job Opportunity: Lead Data Science Expert

As a seasoned Data Scientist, we seek an individual with advanced expertise in media analytics and strategic business insights to drive meaningful outcomes.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing complex data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our team to develop and deploy cutting-edge analytical models that align with our business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sophisticated data models to enhance customer lifetime value, anomaly detection, and media mix optimization.
  • Conducting A/B testing and evaluating proposed solutions to drive business growth.
  • Partnering with domain experts and stakeholders to design and implement analytical solutions that drive recommendations aligned with organizational strategy and OKRs.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 7-8 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics with a strong focus on media measurement, marketing effectiveness, and performance optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields with emphasis on quantitative methods and solutions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing advanced analytics models such as Customer Lifetime Value, NLP, Look-Alike models, and Anomaly Detection.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with classification models, time series forecasting, customer lifetime value models, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI.
  • Preferably from the Retail, eCommerce, or CPG industry.

Required Skills:

  • Python, Spark, SQL, Databricks platform, Snowflake, Azure cloud services, MLOps techniques, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, model monitoring, BI tools like Power BI, DOMO, Tableau.
