Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge and experience in teaching chess strategies to children aged 6-16 years old. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging online classes to groups of students
- Developing interactive lesson plans and creative activities for the classroom
- Evaluating student performance and making recommendations for improvement
- Maintaining a fun and inclusive learning environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of chess rules and strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in teaching children and developing educational content

This is a remote position, allowing candidates to work from the comfort of their own home. A laptop and good internet connection are required.
Compensation Structure
The compensation structure is based on the number of sessions completed and includes a guaranteed minimum pay. The details are as follows:
- 1-25 Sessions: ₹200 per session + ₹100 per demo
- 25-60 Sessions: ₹250 per session + ₹125 per demo
- 61-80 Sessions: ₹300 per session + ₹150 per demo
- 81+ Sessions: ₹350 per session + ₹175 per demo
Guaranteed Minimum Pay Guarantee
The guaranteed minimum pay guarantee is as follows:
- 4 hours: Month 1 - ₹4000, Month 2 - ₹8000, Month 3 onwards - ₹12000
- 6 hours: Month 1 - ₹5500, Month 2 - ₹10500, Month 3 onwards - ₹16000
- 3 AM - 8 AM: Month 1 - ₹6000, Month 2 - ₹12000, Month 3 onwards - ₹18000
