Job Title: Experienced Web Application Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Developer to drive the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting front-end solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks.


Main Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects, work closely with clients to gather requirements, and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team.
  • Manage GIS or location-based software projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
