Application Development Expert
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for application development?
We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the effort to design, build and configure applications,
acting as the primary point of contact.
Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met,
overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members.
You will also engage in problem-solving activities,
ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams,
while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in application development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks efficiently.
- Responsible for making key decisions for the team.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with application design and configuration in SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration processes between SAP modules.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A degree in Application Development is required.
