SuccessFactors Implementation Expert

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors implementation expert to lead our end-to-end implementation project for Employee Central Core, Time Off & Timesheet.

This key role involves responsible leadership of the implementation team, ensuring seamless execution and delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SAP consulting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to Core HR and experience in leading teams for EC implementation projects.
  • Able to conduct workshops independently to understand business requirements, run demos for customers, and capture the same in workbooks.
  • Proficient in EC configuration skills, including data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, RBPs, and reporting.
  • Capable of providing and validating whether EC solutions are compatible with business team requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet.
  • Lead the implementation team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Conduct workshops and run demos to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
