The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the relationship between the bank, borrowers, and syndicate banks. This involves tracking receipt of borrower financials, monitoring deal pricing, managing secondary loan sales, and processing loan documentation.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Deal Closing: driving the deal closing process with pre-closing review of credit approval, loan documents, compliance, and funding mechanics
  • Deal Booking: performing legal documentation review, structuring and updating deal parameters on loan systems
  • Deal Funding: coordinating Fed wire payments for borrower funding, legal fee payment, and fee distribution
  • Deal Review: performing quality review of loan set-up in loan systems, interpreting legal, loan, and compliance documentation
  • Deal Servicing: processing loan funding, roll-overs, interest rate changes, and monitoring/reconciling loan billing

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
