We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our Business Process Automation department. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in automation.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time.
  • Solution Development: Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • System Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues with automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, solutions, and system configurations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automation to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Coding Languages: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Nice to have Java.
  • Project Management: Experienced in technical scoping & project/scrum management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders.
  • Team Mentoring: Skilled at team mentorship and coaching, and supporting on technical delivery across projects.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in automation or related fields are a plus.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • AI/ML Exploration: Eager to explore and implement new platforms and workflows using AI/ML technologies.
