Job Title: Salesforce Test Lead

Job Description:

The primary objective of this position is to lead quality assurance efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, with expertise in test planning, test case design, and execution.

Responsibilities include defining test scope, creating detailed test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage across Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and data models. Additionally, the candidate will oversee execution of smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for managing QA testers, guiding them through mentorship, task allocation, and review of test deliverables. Furthermore, they will participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, representing QA in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, workflows, and data models.
  • Proven experience in test planning, test case design, and execution for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud projects.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and project management tools such as JIRA, ALM, and test management tools.
  • Strong understanding of QA principles: smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding QA testers.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues under tight deadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading QA efforts in Agile teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
