Strategic Business Development Lead

We are seeking a dynamic business leader to spearhead the strategic development and execution of our online business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business expansion
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure brand initiative effectiveness
  • Develop strategies and plans for business growth and future development
  • Guide product and price mix creation
  • Oversee advertising and promotional strategy and activities
  • Manage costs and overheads for profitable business performance
  • Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary
  • Review overall performance on KPIs

Business Partner Management: Liaise with 500+ brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance

Brand Positioning: Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand, positioning us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in business management within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media and SEO/SEM
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences
  • Strategic thinker with creative mindset and passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle
