Product Integrity and Sustainability Technology Team

This team enables the supply chain from raw materials to finished good production through innovative technology solutions, empowering the organization to drive innovation and deliver on its strategic vision.

As an Engineer, you will work as part of a global team supported by business and architecture partners to develop and deliver industry-leading technology solutions that drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to all areas of development and operations, working closely with other engineers to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Take part in Agile ceremonies and perform engineering assignments using established procedures and best practices.
  3. Research and conduct troubleshooting to aid in product optimization efforts.
  4. Work collaboratively with teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  5. Act as an escalation point and participate in on-call support rotations.
  6. Monitor key metrics and report on trends to improve system performance.
  7. Participate in the Engineering Community of Practice and contribute to automation and management of production-level systems.
Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Software Architecture.
  • Six to Eight+ years of engineering experience.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python.
  • Experience working with application development frameworks like Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies and services such as AWS Lambda and S3.
  • Experience with data integration technologies like Kafka.
  • API-based system design expertise.
  • Experience working with relational and no-sql databases.
  • Container orchestration systems knowledge.
  • CI/CD principles and tools experience.
  • Agile methodology familiarity.
