Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Assistant to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and to the correct temperature.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Apply necessary precautions to maintain hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP), and ensure that all food and beverages are handled and stored properly.
• Table Setting and Cleaning: Check on table setting cleanliness and side station preparation prior to the start of operation, and clear and tidy up tables after the departure of patrons.
• Inventory Management: Collect food and beverage supply requisition and ensure that the stock collected is as per requisition.
• Communication: Report any complaints, incidents, or other irregularities to management, and assist other F&B outlets with their operations during peak times or when required.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Language: Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language. Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.

Working Conditions:

No remote work. Full-time employment.
