Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts across international markets. This fully remote role involves sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier talent for various roles.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. You will also develop job descriptions and post roles across multiple platforms to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end hiring processes, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). They will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.

This role requires the ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities across departments. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and remote team dynamics is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop job descriptions and post roles across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
  • Conduct background checks and manage offer rollouts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Six months to two years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end hiring processes, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with interview techniques, job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities across departments.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and remote team dynamics is an advantage.
