Post Silicon Characterization Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough post-silicon characterization of ARM-based micro-controller automotive SoC products to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze device performance and compliance to datasheet specifications through rigorous characterization methods.
- Develop innovative hardware and automation software solutions for efficient characterization of Automotive SOCs, streamlining the development process.
- Collaborate closely with chip design teams to identify and debug silicon issues, ensuring product reliability.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in measurement automation on ATE (V93K preferable) and bench (LabVIEW) platforms, driving innovation in test methodologies.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI or a related field is essential.
- Strong electrical circuits fundamentals are required, enabling effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent proficiency in firmware coding and scripting languages is necessary for developing innovative automation solutions.
- Experience with equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Source Measure Units, Power Supplies, and Functional Generators is highly beneficial for successful characterization.
- Automating characterization using ATE or NI LabVIEW experience is an added advantage for this role.
