Job Title: Digital Health Program Associate

PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Digital Health team in India.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of India's digital health mission by working closely with project teams, state governments, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct literature reviews, create knowledge products, and support the dissemination of PATH's work on different platforms.
  • Execute program activities, track progress, and coordinate with state-level planning and review meetings.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between state program teams and other stakeholders.
  • Travel for program implementation and support training and capacity building activities for relevant stakeholders.
  • Document activities and field observations for program reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in public health, public policy, management, or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in digital, consulting, public sector, or development sectors.
  • Relevant prior experience in the Digital Health domain is strongly desirable.
  • Must have experience in project management, partner engagement, research, and documentation.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven ability to multi-task and collaborate with senior staff, colleagues, donors, partner organizations, stakeholders, and others.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and an emphasis on quality.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent skills in facilitation, team building, and coordination.
