Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimization: Refine SQL queries and PL/SQL blocks for improved performance and scalability.
  • Database Design: Maintain database objects such as tables, indexes, views, sequences and synonyms.
  • Data Extraction and Transformation: Write scripts to extract and transform data for reports and interfaces.
  • Integration: Collaborate with application developers and business analysts to integrate backend logic with front-end applications.
  • Data Migration and ETL: Support migration and extraction processes using PL/SQL scripts.
  • Issue Resolution: Debug, troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in various environments.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance, security and coding standards.
  • Documentation: Document database designs, processes and code changes.
