Job Title: Marketing Manager

A global leader in Vitamin D manufacturing seeks a seasoned marketing expert to spearhead cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will drive promotional campaigns, manage external and internal communications, and support business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic promotional materials and exhibition management plans.
  • Support business functions and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Design, develop, and execute integrated communications across Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned media channels.
Digital Marketing:
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns and awareness initiatives.
  • Implement agency-related and self-curated medico-marketing e-newsletters.
  • Create compelling content for various social media platforms for Vitamin D awareness initiatives.
  • Analyze and report critical social media campaign parameters.
Business Support:
  • Support business development through customer outreach initiatives, promotional materials, and advertising.
  • Manage the company website and digital initiatives.
Event Management:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver internal events with stakeholders.
  • Assist in external business development events management, including trade shows, expos, conferences, and exhibitions.
External Communication:
  • Drive content development for articles from senior leadership.
  • Manage senior leadership's social media handles.
Internal Communication:
  • Disseminate senior leadership's address to the organization.
  • Customize communications from senior leadership for special occasions.
  • Set up and maintain the Intranet.
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing/General Management from a reputed institute.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a marketing specialist in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical ingredient manufacturing.
