Job Title: Procurement Specialist

This is a full-time role for a Procurement Manager based in Delhi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, developing sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value, leading RFPs and supplier selection processes, negotiating contracts and service level agreements with vendors, building relationships with internal stakeholders, monitoring supplier performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize the supplier base.

We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and vendor management.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our finance and legal teams to ensure budget alignment and contract terms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing indirect categories (IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, marketing)
  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value
  • Leading RFPs and RFQs, and supplier selection processes
  • Negotiating contracts and service level agreements with vendors
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues related to quality, service, or delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk
  • Collaborating with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms
