- Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations with flawless verbal and written communication.
- Nurture leads and manage a sales pipeline through the full sales cycle — from first contact to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to ensure smooth handovers and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM systems and detailed records of all client interactions.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - this is non-negotiable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Ability to grasp and explain complex solutions in a simple, client-friendly manner.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working with targets and timelines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
