We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management professional to oversee and optimize the performance management aspects of our transportation solutions.

Key responsibilities include tracking system performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to ensure optimal system throughput and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OTM configuration, performance tuning, and root cause analysis, as well as a strong understanding of transportation and logistics workflows.

Success in this role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
