Enterprise Web Design Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive design processes for complex enterprise web applications, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain robust design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Translate intricate business logic into intuitive user interfaces, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct rigorous user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure design meets accessibility standards, supporting inclusive user experiences.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
