We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Duck Creek conversion and support projects. This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Duck Creek solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance space.

  • Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
  3. Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  4. Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
  5. Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance.
  • 5+ years managing Duck Creek implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Author).
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
