Senior Product Designer Role Overview

Lead the design of our fan-facing experiences, blending exceptional visual craft with creative problem-solving.

Take ideas from concept to launch, set high standards for visual quality and create scalable design systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.

  • Oversee end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new platforms.
  • Define visual direction for products, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Design polished user interfaces that balance beauty and usability.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to validate and refine design concepts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in sports media, UI/UX, and fan engagement.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in media, sports, or consumer platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma and relevant prototyping tools.
  • Strategic thinking to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present work to stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence.
