Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop: Create efficient, scalable, and secure Java-based solutions
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Maintain: Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Test: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Communicate: Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Java (Core + Advanced)
  • Experience: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
  • API Development: Experience in RESTful API development & integration
  • Microservices: Good understanding of Microservices architecture
  • Databases: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment practices
  • Version Control: Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Design Patterns: Understanding of design patterns & best practices
  • Containerization: Basic knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes (added advantage)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Development Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on development experience in Java + Spring Boot
    • Methodology: Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
