Job Title

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong leadership and technical expertise in microbial fermentation processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process from lab to industrial scale, ensuring high-quality products and meeting regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Scaling microbial fermentation processes from lab to industrial scale
  • Managing downstream processing techniques, including membrane filtration, centrifugation, spray drying, and lyophilization
  • Overseeing the operation of fermentation equipment, reactors, control systems, and process automation
  • Maintaining quality control standards and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial fermentation, preferably in bio-fertilizer, agriculture, or biotech manufacturing
  • Proven expertise in scaling microbial fermentation processes
  • Strong understanding of microbial cultures, anaerobic and aerobic fermentation processes, and downstream processing techniques
  • Experience with fermentation equipment, reactors, control systems, and process automation
  • Knowledge of quality control standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements for bio-fertilizer production
