Job Title: Full Stack Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Architect to join our team at Publicis Re:Sources. As a Full Stack Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and high-performance software applications using the latest technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software applications using cloud-enabled technologies and best practices.
  • Manage IT projects from inception to completion, overseeing the development and implementation of programs.
  • Create design specifications, review with teams, and write and groom stories to define, estimate, and track team work.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead the architecture and design of full-stack applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Mentor and guide developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow professionally.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our software development processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and strategies for future projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our software applications.
  • Create proof of concepts to prove assumptions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with cloud-enabled technologies, such as Azure DevOps, VMware, and AWS.
  • Expert knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, HTML5/CSS3, or C#.
  • Experience with database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQL.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and experience working with cloud-based technologies.
  • Proven track record of driving software design from Test Driven Development (TDD).
  • Expert knowledge with architecture styles/APIs (REST, gRPC).
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Architect, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
