Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Service Design Strategist to join our fast-paced innovation team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply design thinking to shape new innovative offerings at the intersection of finance and emerging technology.

The successful candidate will have experience in uncovering market trends, owning research methodologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to create optimized ecosystems that balance user, business, and technology priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth
  • Demonstrate expertise in systems thinking and creating new service propositions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new services
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to stakeholders throughout the project
  • Develop requirements and share best practices with the team
  • Work closely with technical teams to push innovation and balance feasibility

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Service Designer or equivalent role
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and hold complexity
  • Experience working in the financial sector or similar industry
  • Experience working with emerging technology and technical teams to drive innovation
  • Creative thinker who can challenge the status quo
  • Proactive do-er with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
