Senior Full-Stack Developer

Our company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the architecture, scaling, and secure development of web platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB. They will guide our team, ensure smooth deployments, and handle advanced backend and DevOps challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of scalable, secure web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Architecting and optimizing MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for performance
  • Managing the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy
  • Implementing best practices in security: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data protection
  • Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior developers to maintain code quality
  • Troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and ensuring high uptime (monitoring, logging, alerting)
  • Integrating with third-party APIs (payments, shipping, messaging, analytics, etc.)
  • Documenting processes, creating handover guides, and establishing technical SOPs

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript
  • Expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines)
  • Experience with cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD)
  • Hands-on knowledge of security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization
  • Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Redis/queues for caching and job processing
  • Experience with payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe), Twilio/WhatsApp APIs
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, serverless functions, or microservices
  • Exposure to observability tools (Grafana, ELK stack, Prometheus, Datadog)
