Job Title: Project Associate Engineer

At our organization, we strive for excellence in driving innovation and making a positive impact on the world. As a Project Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting engineering activities in various project sizes and complexities under senior engineers' supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to complete tasks cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Collect data and contribute to the production of the engineering design, showcasing your expertise and skills.
Main Accountabilities:
  • Evaluate project execution best practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assess and manage project risks, ensuring opportunities are pursued while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Capture and share lessons learned throughout the project, driving continuous improvement and growth.
  • Facilitate formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
Requirements:
  • BE Electrical & Electronics engineer with 3+ years of experience, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Proven experience in order handling, tax, product knowledge, and SAP is mandatory.
  • Traction & Auxiliary Convertor drives experience is highly desirable.
