Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing mechanical components, creating bills of material, and managing documentation as per ISO 9004:2015 standards.

  1. Product Development: Prepare Assembly & Part Drawing + 3D Model for new product development projects.
  2. Bills of Material (BOMs): Create BOMs and maintain ISO documents in accordance with company policies.
  3. Design Modification: Modify existing designs based on manufacturing and sourcing team requirements.
  4. New Product Development: Prepare design and drawings for new product development/reverse engineering activities of Submersible Pump sets.
  5. Cost Analysis: Compare product costs with other brands and perform MOC analysis.
  6. Design Standards: Develop and implement design standards and procedures.
  7. Technical Reporting: Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
  8. ISO Documents: Manage and work on all ISO 9001:2015 related design documents.
  9. Training and Development: Train production, assembly, and quality assurance personnel on approved manufacturing, test, and inspection procedures.
  10. Issue Resolution: Resolve process and product-related issues to support the manufacturing and sourcing team in completing dispatch orders.
  11. Customer Complaints: Action on customer complaints to resolve within a selected timeframe.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Auto Cad 2D & Solid works/Siemens NX (Unigraphics), and good knowledge of MS Office. A minimum qualification of Diploma, CIPET or BE Mechanical Engineering is required.
